Our Story
SI Engineering Services, PLLC was founded in 2005 and has performed Pre-Purchase Home Inspections since its inception. Other Engineering services include inspections and evaluations for Roofs and Building Envelopes, Structural Systems, and Commercial Buildings. All inspections and evaluations are conducted by Steven Ignatiou, PE with an emphasis on ‘Hands On, Personalized’ service for the client.
